Our Warranty
Our products (Pawleys Island, Hatteras, and Castaway hammocks and accessories) are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for up to one year after the purchase date. Prolonged exposure to weather conditions including snow, rain, and humidity are not covered under the warranty nor is damage caused by normal wear, mildew, or improper care from storage, maintenance, or installation.
Our signature One-Year Guarantee lets you put our products to the
test. If an item is found to be defective within one year of its
purchase, it will be replaced without charge upon the return of the
item accompanied by a dated sales receipt. When returning an item under warranty, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number. This will allow us to track your product once it arrives at our warehouse, thereby creating a faster response to your concern. We pay the return shipping for defective items and the shipping on the replacement product.
Our warranty only covers replacement of the defective item, not a refund of the purchase price.
Our Return Policy
We take pride in offering high quality hammocks and accessories. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Swingtime Hammocks.
If you change your mind about your purchase from us (for ANY reason), and
your purchase is new and in its original packaging, just email us or call
1-877-339-9181 within ten calendar days of receiving your item. We will give you
a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address. Upon
receipt and confirmation of the condition of the returned item, your credit card will be
credited for the purchase price and any taxes. Since a return in
this instance does not come under our warranty conditions, you are
responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please note: We will not accept the return of new items sent COD. We will not accept the return of items that are used or soiled, or of items without their original packaging and a copy of a dated sales receipt. We will not refund the cost of expedited shipping incurred at the time of purchase or at the time of return.
Important: Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Do not dispose of
the box or any packaging materials until you have inspected your order
and are satisfied with the product you have received.
