We cover shipping costs for most items via UPS ground delivery to the Continental United States (not Hawaii or Alaska). Some large or heavy items have a shipping surcharge included in the retail price. The surcharge is noted in the product specifications. Also, most of the smaller accessories are quite expensive to ship, and a small shipping surcharge has been included in the retail price so that we don't lose money by selling them to you.
Orders are ready for shipping within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. We will send you a tracking number when your order ships so that you can monitor the progress of its delivery. If an order can't ship within three days, we'll let you know ASAP so you can decide if you want to wait.
UPS Ground shipping takes 1-5 business days in the US, depending on the destination.
If you want to expedite your order there are extra charges. Please remember that the expedited shipping time you select is in addition to 1-3 business days for processing the order.
